With more than a decade of education and training in everything from Cancer Care, Breathing Mechanics, Pain Science, Bone Health, Strength Training, Mobility Work, Biomechanics and more, Diana strives to create content as unique as the individual.
As a Trained BoneFit™ teacher, Diana specializes in movement classes that address the unique needs of clients with Osteoporosis. Leaving no stone unturned, she ensures that classes are perfectly crafted movement experiences that will leave you moving better and feeling stronger.
Through her own personal journey in movement and working with private clients and groups of all ages and abilities, Diana has learned that to make movement a consistent part of your life you need to make it FUN!
