Informed by Osteoporosis Canada BoneFit™ protocol the Melio Guide Building Better Bones Program, and the Institute of Clinical Excellence MMOA program.  BoneFitness classes are 60-minutes and aim to provide safe, effective, and evidence-based exercises.

Osteoporotic fractures are a serious health concern – keeping your bone health at the forefront of each class, we will learn to move well, improve balance, gain strength, and always have fun!

These classes blend Pilates, strength training, yoga, and good old-fashioned fitness. Each week we cycle through themed classes:

BoneFitness STRENGTH
BoneFitness CARDIO
BoneFitness MOBILITY/STRETCH

This program is presented in a small (20 participants) group format so that you can get the individual attention you deserve. Participants enjoy a copy of the recorded class to enjoy for the entire 10-week session.
Classes run live every Wednesday from 11 AM to 12 PM EST via Zoom.
