These specialized small-group training programs meet the standards as taught by Osteoporosis Canada and the Ontario Osteoporosis Strategy (BoneFit™).

Online class options include:

  • Yoga for Bones - 10-week series Mondays from 1:30 pm EST- 2:30 pm EST
  • Stronger Bones Camp - 10-week series Thursdays from 11:00 am EST-12 pm EST

All classes are safely adapted exercise prescriptions to meet the needs of clients with Osteoporosis, Osteopenia and people interested in maintaining a strong and mobile body. The maximum number of participants for each program is 20, so you can get the individual attention you deserve.

Investment (per 10-week series) $120 Canadian paid via PayPal or transfer to diana@mcneills.ca
