Informed by Osteoporosis Canada BoneFit™ Level 1 & 2 protocol, the Melio Guide Building Better Bones Program, the Institute of Clinical Excellence MMOA program and more, Move Better classes are 60 minutes and aim to provide safe, effective, and evidence-based exercises to maintain and build stronger and healthier bodies! 

Osteoporotic fractures are a serious health concern – keeping your bone health at the forefront of each class, we will learn to move better, improve balance, gain strength, and always have fun!

These classes blend Pilates, strength training, yoga, and good old-fashioned fitness. In addition to balance training in each class, we cycle through weekly themes of:

Move Better STRENGTH
Move Better CARDIO
Move Better MOBILITY

We are here to learn together in real-time. However, if you are unable to attend live classes over Zoom, replays are available for you to enjoy at your convenience for the duration of the series (12 weeks only).

This program is presented in a small group format (20 participants) so that you can get the individual attention you deserve. 

Live classes on Wednesday from 11 AM to 12 PM EST via Zoom.
