Informed by Osteoporosis Canada BoneFit™ protocol the Melio Guide Building Better Bones Program, and the Institute of Clinical Excellence MMOA program. Move Better classes are 60 minutes and aim to provide safe, effective, and evidence-based exercises to maintain and build stronger and healthier bodies!
Osteoporotic fractures are a serious health concern – keeping your bone health at the forefront of each class, we will learn to move better, improve balance, gain strength, and always have fun!
These classes blend Pilates, strength training, yoga, and good old-fashioned fitness. Each week we cycle through themed classes:
We are here to learn together, in real time. However, if you are unable to attend live classes over Zoom, replays are available for you to enjoy at your convenience for the duration of the series (12 weeks only).
This program is presented in a small (20 participants) group format so that you can get the individual attention you deserve.
